I wanted to bake yesterday soooo bad for some reason. So I walked into my pantry to gather ingredients and then for some reason I remembered that HUGE bag of carrots I purchased at Sams. So, I decided to make carrot cake kuppies. Honestly, I have never been a fan of carrot cake until a month ago. And I loved it! But instead of cream cheeses icing, I made a cinnamon buttercream, which tasted like Chik-fil-a ice cream to me. YUM. And so of course I got to cooking, and today I am going to make some Robot Kuppies. Can't wait for this either! I love working with fondant and gumpaste.
